Mr.Shi Baofeng

Executive Director and the Chairman of the Board.Mr.Shi served as executive director and president of China Resources Power Holdings Co., Ltd. from September 2021 to April 2023,and served as executive director and president of China Resources Gas Group Limited from November 2018 to September 2021.Mr. Shi joined CRH in 2006 and China Resources Gas (Holdings) Limited (“CR Gas Holdings”) in September 2007. He consecutively served as the assistant general manager and vice president of CR Gas Holdings and responsible for the operation of South China Region. Mr. Shi holds a Master of Business Administration Degree from the Southwest Jiaotong University, China and a Master Degree from the China Europe International Business School. He also holds a Senior Engineer qualification.

Mr.Wang Bo

Mr. Wang is the Executive Director and President of CR Power and General Manager of Chongqing Energy Group concurrently. He served as the Vice President of CR Power from May 2022 to November 2024. From March 2019 to May 2022, he acted as the General Manager of the North China Region and the Northern Region of the Company respectively. Since Mr. Wang joined CR Power in July 1995, he has held various positions at CR (Xuzhou) Thermal Power Co., Ltd., CR (Cangzhou) Thermal Power Co., Ltd., the Hebei Branch of the Thermal Power Division, and in CR Power's Asset Operations Department, Construction Department, Thermal Power Operations Department, and Human Resources Department separately. He has gained extensive management experience in the power industry. Mr. Wang holds a bachelor's degree in Engineering from Xi'an Jiaotong University.

Mr. Song Kui

Mr. Song Kui is Executive Director of CR Power and Vice Chairman of the Board of Directors. He joined CR Power and was appointed as Executive Director of CR Power and Vice Chairman of the Board of Directors in May 2023. He started to serve as Chairman of Chongqing Energy in December 2020. He served as Deputy General Manager of Chongqing Energy from December 2019 to December 2020. He successively worked in government sectors and enterprises of Rongchang County of Chongqing, Dazu County of Chongqing, Tongnan County of Chongqing and Banan District of Chongqing, and enterprises of Chongqing such as Chongqing Foodstuffs Group Corporation Limited in the period from June 1998 to December 2019. He used to work in several organizations in Rongchang County, Sichuan Province, from July 1992 to June 1997. Mr. Song has a Chengdu College of Geology (Chengdu University of Technology) bachelor degree of engineering.

Mr.Hou Yongjie

Mr. Hou Yongjie is Vice President of CR Power.He served as Vice President of CR Power and General Manager of the CR Power South China Region from January 2021 to November 2024, Vice President of CR Power from August 2017 to present,General Manager of the CR Power Central-West China Region from May 2016 to August 2017, General Manager of the Henan Branch of the Thermal Power Business Division from May 2012 to May 2016, Vice General Manager of the Henan Branch from January 2011 to May 2012, Vice General Manager of the Henan Branch, General Manager of the Dengfeng Project and General Manager of the Luoyang Thermal Power Project from September 2010 to January 2011, General Manager of the Shouyangshan Project and General Manager of the Luoyang Thermal Power Project from September 2009 to September 2010, successively Vice General Manager and General Manager of the Luoyang Thermal Power Project from October 2004 to September 2009, and successively Assistant General Manager and Manager of the Production Preparation Department of Dengfeng Project, Director and Assistant Technical Director of the Power Generation Department of Dengfeng Project from April 2003 to October 2004. Before joining CR Power, he worked at Jingyuan Power Plant, Gansu Province.

Mr.Liu Xiusheng

Vice President of the Company. He Served as Assistant President of China Resources Gas Group Limited (“CR Gas”) from October 2019 to June 2020, Assistant President and General Manager of Human Resources of CR Gas from April 2019 to October 2019, Assistant President and General Manager of Human Resources and Department of Mass Work of CR Gas from November 2016 to April 2019, General Manager of Human Resources and Department of Mass Work of CR Gas from October 2016 to November 2016, General Manager of Human Resources of CR Gas from September 2012 to October 2016. Mr. Liu joined China Resources Group in 2006 and served in its Human Resources. He has obtained Bachelor of Management at Harbin Institute of Technology.

Mr. Gao Li

Chief Financial Officer of the Company. Mr. Gao joined China Resources Group in 2007 and has successively worked for China Resources Enterprise, Limited, China Resources C’estbon Beverage (China) Company Limited (“CR C'estbon”) and China Resources (Holdings) Company Limited. He has successively served as chief financial officer of CR C'estbon and deputy general manager of the Finance Department of China Resources Group since June 2012. Mr. Gao holds a Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees in Economics from Dongbei University of Finance and Economics and is a qualified PRC Certified Accountant and a Certified Internal Auditor. Prior to joining China Resources Group, Mr. Gao had worked at National Audit Office of the PRC for many years.

Mr.Bu Xiandou

Vice President of the Company. Mr. Bu served as General Manager of China Resources Power East China from May 2016 to January 2021. He had successively served in various managerial positions including the General Manager of China Resources Power Construction Department, Construction Director and Assistant General Manager of China Resources New Energy Holdings Co., Ltd., and Deputy General Manager of China Resources Power New Energy Division from July 2010 to May 2016. And he successively served as Deputy Director of the Preparatory Office of China Resources Power Yangzhong Project and Nanjing Banqiao Project, General Manager of Nanjing Chemical Industrial Park Thermal Power Co., Ltd., Deputy General Manager of China Resources Thermal Power Nanjing Co., Ltd., and Deputy General Manager of China Resources Power (Dengfeng) Co., Ltd. from August 2002 to July 2010. He worked in Xuzhou Power Plant and China Resources Power (Xuzhou) Co., Ltd. from August 1989 to August 2002. Mr. Bu holds a Master's Degree in Engineering from Southeast University and is a senior engineer.

Mr.Ma Li

Vice President of CR Power. Mr.Ma served as Vice President of CR Power and General Manager of CR Power North China Region from May 2022 to November 2024;General Manager of CR Power North China Region from January 2021 to May 2022; Former General Manager of CR Power South China from May 2016 to January 2021; Successively served as General Manager of Office of the Board of Directors of CR Power, Administrative Director of CR Power, and General Manager of South China Branch of CR Power Thermal Power Division from August 2013 to May 2016; Successively served as Deputy General Manager and General Manager of CR Power (Dengfeng) Co., Ltd., and Deputy General Manager of Henan Branch of CR Power Thermal Power Division from September 2010 to August 2013; Successively served as Assistant General Manager and Deputy General Manager of Henan CR Power (Shouyangshan) Co. Ltd. from March 2004 to September 2010; Before joining CR Power, Mr. Ma worked at Datang Lueyang Power Plant in Shanxi.

Mr.Fan Zhe

Vice President of the Company. From April 2015 to July 2022, he served as the General Manager of Legal Affairs Department/Legal Compliance Department of China Resources Gas Group Limited ("CR Gas"); from August 2011 to April 2015, he served as the Assistant General Manager and Deputy General Manager of Legal Affairs Department of CR Gas; from January 2010 to August 2011, he served as the Assistant General Manager of Investment and Development Department of CR Gas. Mr. Fan graduated from Nanjing Audit University with a major in auditing. He holds a bachelor's degree in Economics, a Chinese CPA non-practicing membership certificate, a legal professional qualification certificate and a corporate lawyer qualification certificate. Prior to joining China Resources, Mr. Fan was engaged in audit, financial management, investment development and legal compliance at Towngas Investment Co., Ltd.
