On July 3, 2020, China Resources Power Hubei Co., Ltd. ("Hubei Power Plant") was awarded the title of "Entity with Outstanding Contributions to Chibi City's Fight against COVID-19 Epidemic" by the government of Chibi City. It is one of the 11 enterprises awarded such title in Chibi City.

During the epidemic, the Hubei Power Plant established an anti-epidemic headquarters in a timely manner in accordance with the overall epidemic prevention arrangements and guidance of the superior departments, and held several special meetings to refine and implement epidemic prevention and control measures to ensure that the epidemic prevention work was under control and controllable.

During such period, the government of Chibi City coordinated with various parties to help Hubei Power Plant open the channel for employees to return to work, and the channels for procurement of production and living materials, to solve its worries. At the same time, Hubei Power Plant did its best to donate N95 masks, medical protective clothing, goggles, disposable latex gloves and other protective materials to the epidemic prevention and control headquarters of Chibi City, and donated fruits, vegetables, pork, milk and other daily necessities to the community, and supplied electricity continuously and stably to shoulder the burden of epidemic prevention together with Chibi City.

In the future, Hubei Power Plant will continue to assume its corporate social responsibility and build a shared and harmonious community to make new contributions to promoting regional development.
