On the morning of November 3, Wang Xiangming, chairman of the Group, and his delegation visited CR Power's Headquarters to publicize and implement the guidelines from the 20th CPC National Congress and investigate the actual implementation of "stable growth" and "four aspects to remodel". Participants in the investigation included Wang Chuandong, deputy general manager of the Group, relevant responsible persons from the Group Office, Strategic Management Department, HR Department and Finance Department, and heads of the management team of CR Power, departments and sections of the Headquarters and regions.

Wang Xiangming carefully listened to the special report of the responsible person of CR Power regarding the actual implementation of "stable growth", business performance and "four aspects to remodel", notified the Group's implementation of the "14th Five-year Plan" and the overall performance of the Group in the first three quarters. Wang Xiangming pointed out that CR Power had made obvious overall achievements in the integral establishment of strategies for the "14th Five-year Plan" according to the Group's requirements of "four aspects to remodel". Firstly, the value reshaping goal was clear and the effect was remarkable. CR Power continued to ensure safe supply of energy and clearly defined its newly added new energy power generation and installed capacity goal during the "14th Five-year Plan" period by aiming at global benchmark energy enterprises and leading domestic management enterprises; Secondly, CR Power promoted green energization transition and innovation by reshaping its business, continued to strengthen, optimize and expand its main business and achieved remarkable result in green and low carbon development of coal power, green energization of coal power, new energy expansion and scientific and technological innovation; Thirdly, organization remodeling stimulated vitality of the personnel who could go to the battle front without any burden, and the control boundaries and the relations of responsibilities of various units of CR Power were clearly defined to improve the organizational efficiency and strategy implementation capacity; Fourthly, spirit was remodeled to improve morale. Efforts were made to publicize and integrate culture and advocate performance orientation and execution ability culture so as to inject new spiritual drive for the reform and development of the enterprise.

Wang Xiangming proposed the following requirements on subsequent work: firstly, regarding stable growth, full efforts should be made in the fourth quarter to ensure success of the entire year and unswervingly strengthen operation, stabilize safety, quality and performance, and guarantee profit; Secondly, regarding value remodeling, efforts should be made to comprehensively carry out benchmarking to build a world first class clean energy enterprise, and strive to become a sustainable growth pole company of the Group according to the strategic positioning of clean energy supplier and comprehensive energy service provider and the objectives of the "14th Five-year Plan"; Thirdly, regarding business remodeling, efforts should be made to accelerate the transition to green and low carbon development, further explore the industrial collaboration advantage, comprehensively enhance the new energy project development, construction and operation capacity, vigorously promote "linkage of three reforms" of the coal power unit, and strengthen research and development and demonstration application of new technology; Fourthly, regarding organization remodeling, efforts should be made to deepen the reform to stimulate organizational vitality, further sort out and enhance the work relations with the Headquarters, regions and regional companies and the responsibilities, and carry out dynamic improvement and innovation during the implementation; Fifthly, regarding spirit remodeling, efforts should be made to carry forward the spirit of CR Power, gather development strength, deepen corporate culture construction and energize high quality development of the company.
