On September 27, General Manager Wang Cuijun et al. investigated and inspected work safety at CR Power Zhejiang Company, and attended the commencement ceremony of Wenzhou Power Plant No. 3 Unit and Longgang tidal flat photovoltaic project.
In Wenzhou Power Plant, General Manager Wang Cuijun went to the site and checked relevant work and achievements of work safety, and listened to reports of CR Power Zhejiang Company on production, management and implementation of work safety responsibilities. Mr. Wang required, first, to further implement the responsibility of work safety entity, detail work safety measures and emphasize the concept of safety throughout the whole process of production and life in order to welcome the 20th National Congress of the Communist Party of China; second, to establish and improve a long-term mechanism for work safety, ensure the input of three core elements of "human, finance and materials" and pay close attention to the administration of work safety from all aspects; third, to strengthen safety management of interested parties, control relevant factors in business activities and prevent occurrence of various accidents; fourth, to enhance prevention of work safety accidents in holidays and festivals. Party members and
leaders at all levels should take the lead in observing duty disciplines and work disciplines and adhere to emergency duty work.
Later, General Manager Wang Cuijun attended the commencement ceremony of Wenzhou Power Plant No. 3 Unit and Longgang tidal flat photovoltaic project held in Longgang City, Zhejiang province. Leaders of local government, including Zheng Zhenfeng - Mayor of Wenzhou, Yang Shengjie - Executive Vice Mayor, and Wang Zhenyong - Deputy Mayor were present and expressed their congratulations. On the ceremony, He Zongjing - Secretary of Longgang Municipal Party Committee, Ji Shuzhong - Deputy Director of Zhejiang Provincial Energy Bureau, and Shi Baofeng - president of CR Power made a speech respectively. General Manager Wang Cuijun announced the official commencement of the project. All leaders jointly laid the foundation and earthed up for the project.
It is planned to invest about RMB 7.5 billion in Wenzhou Power Plant Phase II Project, and two 1 million kW high-efficiency secondary reheating ultra-supercritical coal generating units. After completion, the annual energy output is expected to be 10 billion kWh, and the annual output value is expected to be about RMB 3.5 billion. It will save about 110,000 tons of standard coals, reduce 380,000 tons of carbon dioxide emissions and create regional tax revenue of about RMB 300 million annually. In Longgang tidal flat photovoltaic project, 6,600mu tidal flat in the sea area is utilized to build 481.2MWp (fishery-solar hybrid project) photovoltaic project. It is planned to invest about RMB 2.3 billion. After completion, the annual power output will be about 500 million kWh. It will save about 176,000 tons of standard coals and reduce about 300,000 tons of carbon dioxide emissions annually.
