CR Northeast Revitalization New Energy Industry Alliance ("Alliance" for short) carried out investigations and surveys in Jiamusi, Heilongjiang from July 5 to 6. More than 80 officials and experts from Jiamusi Municipal Committee, Jiamusi Municipal Government, the Alliance and relevant organizations. This event is the first group-based operation and all-round cooperative investigations and surveys carried out by CR Power jointly with excellent organizations in the industrial, academic and research sectors, having a far-reaching significance on exploring the project development mode under new circumstances.

The survey was highly regarded by Jiamusi Municipal Committee and Jiamusi Municipal Government. The Mayor Cong Li met Li Xiangyang, the head of strategic investment business of CR Power, Zuo Junjie, the head of CR Power Northeast China Region and President of the Alliance, and other personnel. Mayor Cong, on behalf of the Jiamusi Municipal Party Committee and Municipal Government, welcomed China Resources Group and the Alliance to invest in Jiamusi. She also spoke highly of the fast actions and active communication between Jiamusi and CR Power after China Resources Group has signed the strategic cooperation agreement with Heilongjiang Province. She promised that Jiamusi would make every effort in utmost sincerity to facilitate substantial progress in cooperation.

During the investigation and survey, led by CR Power, eight member enterprises of the Alliance such as Xi’an LONGi Clean Energy Co., Ltd., BYD Company Ltd. and CRRC Zhuzhou Institute Co., Ltd., as well as CR Sanjiu, CR NG Fung, and Chinese Academy of Agricultural Sciences had a straight-out and in-depth discussion on the connection with Jiamusi at district, county and bureau levels in fields of new energy equipment manufacturing, agriculture, ecology, and medicine, resulting in 15 achievements in four aspects. All parties agreed that they would further deepen the cooperative mechanism, and keep good communication with Jiamusi driven by the 10,000MW new energy base project under the strategic cooperation agreement signed between Heilongjiang Province and China Resources Group, with aims to jointly facilitate the fast implementation of those achievements made through discussions and those projects, achieve mutual benefit and common progress, and help Jiamusi realize high-quality economic and social development and all-round revitalization.

On the investigation and survey meeting, Qiu Shilin, member of Jiamusi Standing Committee and Vice Mayor extended his welcome to relevant subsidiaries of China Resources Group and relevant member enterprises of the Alliance, and expressed thanks to the achievements made by this investigation and survey. He said Jiamusi Municipal Committee and Municipal Government would make joint efforts with China Resources to facilitate the high-quality development of Jiamusi, and wished to strengthen communication to achieve detailed programs and make substantial progress for cooperative projects. He also promised that all walks of life in Jiamusi would keep an open mind, and insist in building first-class business environment and providing optimal services for enterprises settled in Jiamusi.

Li Xiangyang responded that depending on Jiamusi's unique environment, resources, industries and cultural conditions, China Resources Group would continue to widen and deepen the cooperation with Jiamusi in fields of new energy equipment manufacturing, agriculture, ecology and medicine, broaden the circle of partners, prolong the industrial chain and value chain while giving full play to its advantages in involvement of diversified industries and collaborative advantages achieved through the Alliance, so as to jointly implement cooperative projects, and build Jiamusi into a model base and an alliance development base for integrated new energy industries. Zuo Junjie introduced the organizational structure and operation state of the Alliance, and expressed the willingness of carrying out all-round intensive cooperation with Jiamusi in terms of integrated development of industries and joint party building. Member enterprises introduced themselves respectively and expressed their wishes of active involvement in the common development.

During this trip, all concerned visited Jiamusi Electric Machine Company Limited, Innovation and Entrepreneurship Base of Jiamusi High-tech Industrial Development Zone, chromium-telluride weak-light power generation glass project of China National Building Material Group Co., Ltd. (CNBM), CNBM Jiaxing Glass Co., Ltd., and Jiatian Deyi Industrial Co., Ltd. to further understand cooperation basis and industrial advantages.
