Recently, the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security (MOHRSS) and the National Post-Doctor Regulatory Commission jointly issued Notice on Approving the Establishment of Post-Doctoral Programmes in 497 Units including the Institute of Advanced Technology under University of Science and Technology of China (MOHRSS Letter No. 108, 2020), China Resources Power Technology Institute was successfully approved to establish a national post-doctoral programme to carry out post-doctoral work.

The Technology Institute is a platform for technology R&D management and scientific research achievement promotion of CR Power. The successful establishment of the post-doctoral programme marks that CR Power has entered a new stage in terms of scientific research and innovation capabilities.

CR Power will accelerate the construction of post-doctoral programme through cooperation with universities and scientific research institutes as well as introduction of top talents, combine theory and practice closely and stimulate the enthusiasm of researchers in scientific and technological innovation, thus carrying out cutting-edge technology research, promoting the transformation of scientific and technological achievements, and guiding the technological development of the industry.

The post-doctoral programme will make full use of CR Power’s rich industry application scenarios and focus on the continuous training of outstanding post-doctoral talents in the fields of artificial intelligence, big data, informatization and new energy, thus developing a specialized technical team that meets the requirements of CR Power in innovation to provide continuous impetus for the transformation and innovation of CR Power.
