On December 12th, the awarding ceremony of 2019 Yicai the Corporate Social Responsibility Ranking in China was held in Shanghai. CR Power was on the list for its social responsibility practices and performance in green development and transformation innovation, and won the Environmental and Ecological Contribution Award.

The selection of the Corporate Social Responsibility Ranking in China, initiated and hosted by Yicai, has been held for eleven consecutive sessions and had a wide influence in the society, making it one of the most impartial and authoritative CSR selection project in the business circles and public vision. Taking internationally accepted standards such as Sustainability Reporting Guidelines of Global Reporting Initiative (GRI) as reference and the “Benevolent Business System” of Yicai as the basis, the list was selected through evaluation of dimensions including corporate governance, harmonious relations, employee care, environmental responsibility and social welfare, referring to international and domestic reporting guidelines for corporate social responsibility and sustainable development as well as Environment, Society and Governance System (ESG) and Sustainable Development Goals (SDG) of the United Nations. In this year’s selection, 40 companies nationwide have won awards of six categories, including Environmental and Ecological Contribution Award, Partnership Contribution Award, Innovation-driven Contribution Award, Public Welfare Practice Contribution Award, Targeted Poverty Alleviation Contribution Award and Responsibility Model Award.

The Environmental and Ecological Contribution Award of 2019 Yicai the Corporate Social Responsibility Ranking in China, another honor that CR Power has received after the 2015 Excellent Practice Award, is a recognition of efforts and achievements in green development made by CR Power. At the awarding ceremony, representatives of CR Power took the trophy and solemnly promised that the company would continue to fulfill its corporate social responsibility and work with colleagues from all walks of life to make new and greater contributions to protecting ecological environment, effectively responding to climate change and global sustainable development.
