On November 15th, a delegation of 18 international students from Tsinghua University visited China Resources Xiexin (Beijing) Thermal Power Co., Ltd. (referred to as Beijing Project) to conduct teaching activities to understand the development of green environmental protection and circular economy.

Under the guidance of Sun Liwei, Head of EHS Department of the project company, students visited the equipment sites of gas turbines, heat recovery boilers, steam turbine generators, main control rooms, etc., and asked questions about the production process, equipment operation, environmental emission, and tiered energy utilization. Mr. Sun answered them in detail.

As a representative enterprise for green environmental protection and circular economy development in Beijing Economic and Technological Development Zone, Beijing Project once competed for the “National Eco-industrial Demonstration Park” Best Practice Case representing the Development Zone, and has repeatedly received social student groups for study purpose, thus helping the society learn knowledge of green environmental protection and circular economy and establishing a good corporate image.
