Henan Daily News (by Yang Zhitian, a reporter from Anyang): on November 26, a ceremony was held in Neihuang Wind Power Plant of Anyang New Energy Company in CR Power Central-West China Region for grid connection of the wind power plant with an installed capacity of more than 7 million kilowatts in CR Power and the wind power plant with an installed capacity of more than 1 million kilowatts in CR Power Central-West China Region. The Neihuang 400,000 KW Wind Power Project is CR Power's first large flat-land wind plant in Chinese mainland, and the largest single flat-land wind power project of CR Power and even in the whole country at present. This successful grid connection marks a new step in the development of Anyang's wind power industry and an achievement in the adjustment of energy structure. In recent years, Anyang City has focused on cultivating four industrial clusters composed of the industries of new energy vehicles and spare parts, high-end equipment manufacturing, high-quality steel and deep processing, and cultural tourism respectively with an asset value of RMB one hundred billion by furthering the structural reform on the supply side and diligently pushing forward the transformation and development to achieve the goal of "One Return and Six Majors", resulting in better performance and increased momentum for continuous development. Especially by improving the city's energy structure, making full use of the advantages of renewable resources, vigorously developing the wind power industry and making efforts to build a million KW wind power base, Anyang has become an exciting place in Henan Province to invest in low wind-speed power generation projects. A leader of CR Power said that as a central enterprise, CR Power has always adhered to green development and hopes to cooperate with Anyang and Henan in a multi-mode, multi-level and multi-faceted way in the future to jointly contribute to the promotion of local social and economic development and the fight against poverty.
