Independent Non-executive Directors of CR Power Heading for New Energy Operation and Maintenance Company in South China Region for Investigation and Survey

From April 1 to April 3, Ma Zhaoxiang, Liang Aishi and Su Zeguang, the independent non-executive directors of CR Power, headed for New Energy Operation and Maintenance Company in South China Region for investigation and survey, accompanied by Wang Xiaobin, the CFO of the Holding Company, Ma Li, the General Manager in South China Region and other persons.

 

The directors paid field visits to Dahao Wind Farm on the Huilai Maintenance Base and Nan’ao Wind Farm on the Chaonan Maintenance Base. They deeply got to know the conditions about the unit operation, equipment management, daily check, substation operation and maintenance, and wind turbine overhaul and maintenance, thought highly of front-line wind power employees being passionate in their jobs and fighting their ways and came up with guiding opinions on operation safety control and productivity lifting.

 

At the forum, Huang Dehua, the General Manager of New Energy Operation and Maintenance Company, reported the status of wind power operation and maintenance in South China Region, management technology innovations and future development goals. The directors fully affirmed the achievements of New Energy Operation and Maintenance Company in technological innovation, energy saving and environmental protection, and made specific requirements in such aspects as cost reduction and efficiency improvement, hoping that South China Region would actively respond to the national policies, keep pace with the times, optimize the structural layout, expedite technological innovation, improve the operation quality and efficiency and make the environmental protection cause bigger and stronger so as to make more outstanding achievements and benefit the local people.

 

In the close conversations the directors had with front-line employees during the investigation and survey, the directors encouraged the employees to challenge themselves, be bold in making innovations and seeking truth and endeavor to realize their own value in sticking to their posts down to the earth.
