From March 28 to 30, the 2019 Macao International Environmental Cooperation Forum & Exhibition (MIECF) themed "Building Ecological Civilization and Promoting Green Development" was held in Macao. Enterprises from all over the world were present at this exhibition, demonstrating cutting-edge technologies of energy conservation and environmental protection. CR Power made its debut at the event and signed a strategic cooperation agreement with MECOM Power and Construction Limited.

At the event, CR Power demonstrated its green development concept and successful cases of energy and environmental projects, attracting a large number of visitors. Wang Xiaobin, Chief Financial Officer of CR Power, and Ma Li, General Manager of CR Power South China, exchanged views with entrepreneurs and industry experts such as Guo Linxi, Chairman of the Board of MECOM Power and Construction Limited, and Liang Huaquan, Chairman of the Executive Committee of Electricity Company of Macau. They also briefed Wong Kam-sing, Director of Hong Kong Environment Bureau, on the progress and development direction of CR Power's business in Hong Kong. The latter highly recognized CR Power's development philosophy.

CFO Wang Xiaobin also visited Xu Zhiliang, Director of the Office for the Development of the Energy Sector of the Macao Special Administrative Region, expressed CR Power's willingness to invest in green energy and environmental industries in Macao and later introduced the future development direction of CR Power's business in Macao. On the other hand, Director Xu expressed his warm welcome to Mr. Wang and his recognition and support to CR Power's business development in Macao.

During the Forum, CR Power and MECOM Power and Construction Limited signed a strategic cooperation agreement, according to which the two sides will carry out in-depth cooperation in Macao on urban environmental protection, smart buildings, distributed energy project development, etc. to provide high-quality energy and environmental services for the local people.

MIECF is sponsored by the Macao SAR Government, co-hosted by the provincial/district governments of the Pan-Pearl River Delta, and organized by Macao Trade and Investment Promotion Institute and Macao Environmental Protection Institute, with the National Development and Reform Commission, the Ministry of Science and Technology, the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology and the Ministry of Ecology and Environment as specially invited support units. Having been held for 12 consecutive years so far, the event aims to build a multi-faceted green exchange platform for international environmental protection policy studies and environmental technical exchanges.

MIECF has provided a platform for CR Power to develop their business in Macao, promote the exchange with the local government and enterprises, and enhance corporate recognition. In response to the Group's request to "integrate into the construction of Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area and promote CR's high-quality development", the company will continue to seize the opportunity of the construction of the Bay Area and seek new business opportunities and development, thus performing its responsibilities as a Central enterprise with green and smart energy services.
