On March 28, Hu Min, Party Secretary and President of CR Power, met with Wang Hao, member of the Standing Committee of Hebei Provincial Party Committee and Secretary of Tangshan Municipal Party Committee, in Tangshan City, Hebei Province. The two sides entered into exchanges in an extensive way and reached broad consensus on strengthening cooperation in the fields of electric power and energy.

President Hu Min expressed his thanks to Tangshan Municipal Party Committee and Tangshan Municipal Government for their long-term support to CR Power. He also introduced in detail the advantages and characteristics of the megawatt-level Caofeidian project and entered into exchanges with Party Secretary Wang in an extensive way on the problems existing in the project's commissioning and the development of wind power in Tangshan. President Hu said that CR Power would give full play to its advantages to further deepen its cooperation with local enterprises in Tangshan and actively promote the high-quality development of local power energy projects based on the principles of mutual benefit and win-win cooperation. The president also expressed his hope for more support from the local government.

Party Secretary Wang Hao expressed his warm welcome to President Hu Min and his sincere thanks to CR Power for its long-term contribution to Tangshan's economic development, and later briefly introduced the basic conditions and future development plan of the city. Wang said that Tangshan boasts strong location advantages and a solid industrial foundation and that the main economic indicators such as the total economic volume are among the top in the province. Hebei Provincial Party Committee and Hebei Provincial Government have issued a series of favorable policies for the future development of the city, which has provided golden development opportunities for many enterprises, including CR Power. At the same time, Tangshan Municipal Party Committee and Tangshan Municipal Government will continue to throw their full weight behind CR Power in its development in Tangshan. The Party secretary said that he would call on relevant departments to team up with each other in support of the smooth transition of the two megawatt-level units of Caofeidian (Phase II) to commercial operation in 2019. He also expressed his hope that CR Power would vigorously develop and build more wind power projects in Tangshan, jointly opening a new chapter of sincere cooperation between the company and the local government.
