At the work exchange meeting, President Hu Min, entrusted by Chairman of China Resources Fu Yuning, expressed his warm welcome to Deputy Mayor of Shenzhen Huang Min and his gratitude to Shenzhen Municipal Government for its long-term support to China Resources. Haifeng Project made a report on the work related to the emergency sludge disposal and coupling project, and earnestly requested Shenzhen Municipal Government for help and support to tackle the difficulties and problems faced in the current progress of the project.

President Hu Min said that Haifeng Project enjoys the advantages in region, environment, industry and scale and that it shoulders the heavy responsibility of sludge disposal in Shenzhen. CR Power will follow the principles of "high standard, high starting point, all-out efforts, fast pace and sustainability" and give full play to the industrial synergy of China Resources to do a good job in sludge disposal from the perspective of serving the national economy and the people's livelihood and public utilities, and to realize the objectives of "harmless, reduction-based and recyclable sludge disposal" as soon as possible. At the same time, in-depth research on innovative environmental technologies will be carried out to continuously improve the management level of the enterprise and ensure that no emergency incidents occur and that sludge disposal in Shenzhen will be carried out in a safe, environment-friendly, stable and reliable way, thus integrating it with high standards into the planning of Shenzhen-Shantou Special Cooperation Zone and making due contributions to the ecological civilization construction and sustainable development of the city.

Deputy Mayor of Shenzhen Huang Min stressed that Shenzhen, as a super-large city, is facing increasing pressure from population and environmental protection. Currently, Shenzhen is applying for a national "waste-free city" construction pilot project and urgently needs stable, sustainable and reliable strategic partners to solve the current problem of sludge disposal. As a responsible, large-scale Central enterprise, China Resources has rich experience in sludge disposal. Located in Shenzhen-Shantou Special Cooperation Zone, Haifeng Project enjoys inherent advantages in absorption of the combined incineration amount of sludge and sludge transport and is in a position for integrated sludge disposal, which can effectively solve the problem of sludge disposal in Shenzhen. Based on the concept of win-win cooperation, we hope to kick off, build with high quality and put into production the demonstration project as soon as possible.
