On March 12, Li Ruge, member of China Resources Party Committee, chief accountant and Chairman of the Board of CR Power, met with Gao Xiaocheng, Party Secretary and President of Babcock & Wilcox Beijing Company Ltd. (B&WBC) in China Resources Tower. The two sides exchanged views on the situation of the power industry, boiler technology, biomass power generation, overseas business, etc.

Chairman Li Ruge expressed his warm welcome to President Gao Xiaocheng, introduced the development of CR Power’s business development. He said that B&WBC is a leading boiler maker in the industry and that the two sides have carried out close cooperation in many projects such as Tangshan Caofeidian Power Plant. The chairman also expressed his hope that the two sides would carry out exchanges on coal and electricity transformation and development, boiler energy conservation and consumption reduction, deep peak regulation, biomass power generation, etc., so as to promote cooperation in new projects and implement new technologies for common development.

President Gao Xiaocheng expressed his thanks to President Li Ruge and introduced the development and technological advantages of B&WBC. He said that CR Power is an outstanding power enterprise which stands at the forefront of technological changes and competition in the industry and that the two sides have many things in common in corporate culture, market-oriented development and management concepts. He hoped to further deepen cooperation in urban environmental business, application of new technologies and overseas business development.
