Our
Company places significant emphasis
on environmental protection. All
of our project must comply with
the PRC Environmental Protection
Law, the regulations of the State
Council issued thereunder and the
environmental rules promulgated
by the local government.
In the planning
stage, the project company will
appoint professional environmental
engineers, and the design institute
will be required to strictly comply
with the relevant State regulations
and requirements specified in the
Environmental Evaluation Report,
so as to reflect and implement such
requirements at various phases of
designing and feasibility studies.
In the construction
stage, the project company will
concurrently prepare tender documents,
procure equipment and undertake
construction work, all in strict
compliance with the State requirements.
Meanwhile, through a series of process
controls, the project company will
ensure environmental facilities
will be in place at the commencement
of commercial operations.
In the operation
stage, the plant will designate
full-time environmental compliance
officers, responsible for monitoring
compliance with relevant national
and local environmental rules and
regulations, the emission level
of wastes and pollutants, the operation
of environmental protection facilities,
the government policy changes and
liaising with local governmental
agencies. In addition, Our Company
has a technical service department
at the headquarters responsible
for liaising with environmental
compliance officers at the project
and reviewing environmental related
reports.
