Located in Lianyuan City of Hunan Province, Lianyuan Power Plant is a mine-mouth project sourcing coal from the local areas. Comprising two 300MW coal-fired generating units equipped with desulphurisation and denitration facilities, unit one was approved by the PRC Government with the construction of unit two receiving preliminary approval from the Government. Electricity generated by the Power Plant will be supplied to the Hunan provincial power grid under the Central China Power Grid. CR Power owns 100% equity interest in the Power Plant.
