Xuzhou Huaxin Power Plant is located in Xuzhou City, Jiangsu Province. CR Power owns a 67% equity interest in the Power Plant. Consisting of two 330MW coal-fired generation units with desulphurisation facilities, the Power Plant commenced construction in June 2003. The two generation units commenced commercial operation in April 2005 and June 2006, respectively. Electricity generated is sold to the Jiangsu provincial power grid under Eastern China Power Grid Company Limited.
