Fuyang Power Plant is located in Fuyang City, Anhui Province. CR Power owns a 55% equity interest in the Power Plant. Consisting of two 640MW coal-fired generation units with desulphurisation facilities, the Power Plant commenced construction in April 2004.The two generation units commenced commercial operations in March and June 2006, respectively. Electricity generated is sold to the Anhui provincial power grid under Eastern China Power Grid Company Limited.
