Located in Beijing Economic-technological Development Zone ("BEDZ"), Beijing Thermal Power Plant consists of two 75 MW combined cycle gas turbine generation units which commenced construction in June 2005 and commenced operation in June 2006. China Resources Power owns a 51% equity interest in the Power Plant. The Power Plant sources its gas supply from Shaanxi Province. The heat generated by the Power Plant is supplied to major industrial manufacturers located in the BEDZ and power generated is supplied to Beijing-Tianjin-Tangshan Power Grid under North China Power Grid.
