Dan Nan Company is a sino-foreign co-operative joint venture in which CR Power holds a 55% equity interest. The joint venture period will expire in December 2017. Dan Nan Company owns a 100% interest in Nanao Wind Power Project (the “Project”). Located in Shantou City, Guangdong Province, the Project commenced commercial operation in 1998 with a total installed capacity of 24MW. Electricity generated is sold to local power grid.
