Located in Yixing City of Jiangsu Province, Yixing Thermal Power Plant consists of two 60MW thermal power co-generation units. Construction commenced on 28 March 2004. Its first and second generation unit commenced commercial operation on 29 December 2004 and 30 March 2005, respectively. Electricity generated is sold to the Jiangsu Provincial Power Grid under East China Power Grid Company. All the heat generated is supplied to the Yixing Environmental Protection Technology Industrial Park. CR Power owns a 55% equity interest in the Power Plant.
