Luoyang Power Plant is located in Yanshi City, Luoyang, Henan Province. CR Power owns a 51% interest in the joint venture. The Power Plant consists of two 50MW coal-fired conbined heat and power co-generation units. The two units commenced commercial operation in February and April 2004 ,respectively. The units are supplied by PRC equipment manufacturers. Electricity generated is sold to the Henan provincial power grid under Central China Power Grid Company. The coal supply is sourced from Henan Province.
