Dengfeng Power Plant is located in Dengfeng City, Henan Province. CR Power owns an 85% interest in the joint venture. The Power Plant consists of two 300MW coal-fired units which commenced commercial operation in July and September 2004, respectively. The units were supplied by PRC equipment manufacturers. Electricity generated is sold to Henan provincial power grid under Central China Power Grid Company. The coal supply is mainly sourced from Henan Province.
