GGPC wholly owns Shajiao C Power Plant which is located in Humen Township, Dongguan City, Guangdong Province. CR Power indirectly holds a 35% attributable interest in Shajiao C Power Plant. Shajiao C Power Plant consists of three 660 MW coal-fired units which commenced commercial operations in 1996. The units were supplied by Alstom. Electricity generated is sold to the Guangdong provincial power grid under China Southern Power Grid Company. The coal supply is primarily sourced from Inner Mongolia.
