Xuzhou Power Plant is located in Xuzhou City, Jiangsu Province. CR Power owns a 35% equity interest in the joint venture. The Power Plant consists of four 300MW coal-fired units which commenced commercial operations in September 1996 , May 1997, June 2004 and September 2004, respectively. The units were supplied by PRC equipment manufacturers. Electricity generated is sold to Jiangsu provincial power grid under East China Power Grid Company. The coal supply is mainly sourced from Shanxi Province, Shaanxi Province and Jiangsu Province.
