Mr. Jiang Wei was appointed a non-executive director of our Company in August 2003. Mr. Jiang is a director of China Assets (Holdings) Limited, China Resources Cement Holdings Limited and China Resources Enterprise, Limited and China Resources Peoples Telephone Company Limited. He is also a director and Chief Financial Officer of China Resources (Holdings) Company Limited (“CRH”), and general manager of the Finance Department of CRH. Mr. Jiang holds a Bachelor's degree in international trade and a Master's degree in International Business and Finance from the University of International Business and Economics in China.
