Mr. Ding Qi was appointed as Chief Human Resources Officer since June 2007. He served as General Manager of the Human Resources and Administration Department of the Company from November 2001 to June 2007. Prior to joining the Company, he was a Departmental Manager of China Resources Development and Investment Co., Ltd. from 1998 to 1999. Mr. Ding holds a Bachelor’s degree in wireless communications from the Nanjing Communications Engineering Institute.
