Mr. Bu Fan Sen was appointed Vice President of the Company in October 2007. Mr. Bu served as Assistant Vice President of the Company from December 2005 to October 2007. Prior to joining the Company, from September 2002 to September 2005, Mr. Bu served as chairman of SDIC Huajing Power Holdings Co., Ltd, a company listed on the Shanghai Stock Exchange. From March 2001 to March 2004, Mr. Bu served as General Manager of SDIC Electric Power Co., Ltd. Prior to that, Mr. Bu was chief of Business Department of State Development & Investment Corp. Mr. Bu holds a Bachelor of Science degree in water conservancy and hydro power engineering from Hehai University.
